Most of the items are of vintage and antique condition they have often been used for many years and can have normal signs of wear. We will reflect any damage, repairs or heavy wear in the item description but some minor scratches, nicks and stains can be normal for vintage items and need to be taken into account. We will reflect any damage i.e. a nick is a tiny bit of damage smaller than 1mm and a chip is something you can see with the eye a hairline runs over the surface glazing but not the body of the item and a crack runs through the body of the item, usually weakening its structure. You are more than welcome to contact us if you need more detailed pictures.

If you feel we have failed on the description we will give you back a no quibble full refund as long as the goods remain in the same condition when sent out. We would also like to mention Vintage means that the item has not recently been made and also means it has been used in the past, however, sometimes you can find pieces that have never been worn. All our items are quality checked and supplied in excellent condition unless otherwise stated in the descriptions. A Vintage piece of jewellery gives alot more character if left untouched, however, it is up to the buyer's discretion whether or not to preserve the beautiful patina.
